The very next verse (5) states, “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” The word “man” is “Adam” in Hebrew, clearly indicating that the Adamic race was committing the evil, not the mythical Nephilim. The Bible is clear, however, as to why God destroyed the world. Second, because there were so many Nephalim born on the earth during the pre-flood era, all of whom were exceedingly evil, God was compelled to destroy the world by flood in order to reset the human gene pool. Because the Hebrew word for “giants” is Nephalim, this supposed race is known by that name. This corrupted the human genome, producing an alternate race to the family of Adam, which was neither fully human or fully demonic. The error starts with a misinterpretation of Genesis 6, which states,Ģ That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair and they took them wives of all which they chose.ģ And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.Ĥ There were giants in the earth in those days and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.įirst, the “sons of God” are claimed to be fallen angels (demons), who descended to earth to physically procreate with human women. Paul promotes a particular doctrine that I believe is far afield of good Biblical exegesis. Since then, it became known to me that the other main co-presenter is Paul McGuire, author of 22 books and a frequent and popular speaker at prophecy conferences around the nation. Since these are all within my particular specialties and expertise, I accepted. Several months ago, I received an invitation to speak at this Prophecy Conference with the request that I address the topics of Technocracy, Transhumanism and globalization in relation to Bible prophecy. It is with regret that I must withdraw my name from the 2019 Red River Prophecy Conference to be held in Moorhead, Minnesota on March 15-17. This article gives some details and explanation as to why I have withdrawn.
